Each book is rated by its steam factor: Mild offers a taste of spice, while Extra Hot delivers a full-on scorcher.

• Mild: Open-door romance with limited, brief descriptive scenes. (Tirna Magique)

• Spicy: Moderate heat with multiple descriptive scenes (Ruby, Flesh & Heart).

• Hot: High heat; explicit and frequent encounters (The Calling Series).

• Extra: Maximum intensity; very explicit and central to the story (The Spôn World Series).
